就地热再生路面中再生沥青的研究

摘    要:本文依托海南某高速公路热再生,通过现场抽提旧普通沥青和旧改性沥青,综合运用四组分、傅里叶红外光谱、常规实验和布氏粘度等试验手段检测其老化程度,研究其老化机理。根据旧沥青的老化程度、所缺失的组分及粘度低的特点,选择两种再生剂分别对旧沥青进行再生试验。通过广泛的理论研究和大量的室内外试验研究,结合再生工程的实际情况,在对旧路路况调查评价、对旧沥青材料试验评价的基础上,确定适合的再生方式及再生剂的种类和掺配比例。

Abstract:Relying on Hainan expressway hot recycling,we extracted the ordinary used asphalt and the modified used asphalt,then integrated use of four components analysis,FTIR,softening point、penetration、ductility and Viscosity to assess their age and study the aging mechanism.Based on the results of experiment and research which has been conducted through extracting the ordinary asphalt and the modified one,we fanally determined the kind of recycling agents and the way of recycling.
