摘    要:结合莞惠城际铁路东莞水道特大桥的工程实例,介绍了三角挂篮在电控液压自行、主桁架斜拉杆预紧、内模架后移、梁上反力架预压和外模采用不锈钢复合板等方面的改进设计方案。改进后的挂篮自重轻、挠度小、走行快捷、操作方便。

Abstract:Based on the engineering example of the super large bridge over Dongguan waterway on Dongguan to Huizhong intercity railway,the improved design scheme of triangular hanging basket in aspects of electronic control hydraulic self-pro-pelling,main truss preloading,internal mould base retroposition,reaction frame on the beam preloading,external form u-sing stainless steel composite plate is introduced.The improved hanging basket possesses some advantages,such as lighter deadweight,smaller deflection,rapider propelling and more convenient operation.
