某管棚盾构结构的优化设计研究

摘    要:管棚盾构用于地下桥涵暗挖、顶进工程的掘进支护与导向。根据施工工期、场地条件、相关工程效果,某工程原管棚盾构方案必须进行优化。优化设计后,盾构顶板采用钢筋混凝土结构、伸出箱身前端3.8 m、在墙身位置设支撑墩,支撑墩为悬臂结构,其下净空便于出土,顶板梁前端预留顶部子盾构箱位置,盾构钢结构部分主要采用工字钢、槽钢和钢板制作。根据顶部盾构梁、支撑墩和顶部盾构的荷载计算、结构受力计算、配筋计算等计算结果,优化设计满足有关规范的受力和配筋要求,增加了安全储备,提高了工效,节约了成本,确保了安全质量。

Abstract:Pipe shed structure is often used in the construction of underground bridge structure for tunnel excavation,guid-ance and protection of structural launching.The optimization design of a pipe shed structure becomes necessary according to construction schedule,site condition and relevant engineering quality control.Reinforced concrete slab is used for roof of shield structure.The supporting pier at wall is a cantilever structure with 3.8 m long overhang on the box.Excavation un-der the overhang is easily performed.At the top of the shield box is set in front of the top slab.The steel of shield consists of steel rolled beams,steel channels and steel plates.The optimization design meets the design code requirements according to load analysis and reinforcement design,increases the safety factor,improves the productivity,results in cost saving and ensure the quality and safety.
