超大型椭圆沉箱预制技术

摘    要:随着国内码头建设向深海的深入,重力式码头的沉箱也随之越来越大,超大型沉箱的预制也成为必要;通过中国首个40万t级矿石码头沉箱的预制,计算并设计全新网片吊架、圆弧段可整体吊装芯模、超大方量底层混凝土浇筑强度及人员布局,顺利安全地完成了该项目的沉箱预制任务;同时将该预制工艺进行总结,对提高港口建设速度和市场竞争力起到了一定的推动作用。

Abstract:With the domestic dock building into deep ocean,the increasing caisson gravity wharf and super large caisson precasting also become necessary.Through the first 400000 tons ore dock caisson prefabricating,new mesh hanger,integral hoisting arc segment core mould,strength of large amount of bottom pouring concrete and personnel layout are designed, which enables the smooth and safe completion of caisson precasting task.At the same time,the precast technology are sum-marized to improve the port construction speed and market competitiveness.
