基于模糊综合评价法对主推进装置技术状况的评判

在对船舶主推进装置技术状况进行评判时,若采用定性分析法进行判断,由于参与评判的每个人员看问题的角度、运用的方法以及思维习惯的差异,往往得出的结论难有较强的说服力。故本文采用系统方法论中的模糊综合评价法(FCE)对船舶主推进装置技术状况进行评判,将影响主推进装置的各因素进行量化,再根据其重要程度赋以不同的模糊权重,并施加一定的模糊运算,从而将定性分析的问题转化为定量分析,以减少人为因素的影响,以便得出比较客观公正的结论,为进一步保证主推进装置技术状况提供强有力的理论支持。

Based on Vague Comprehensive Evaluation to Judge the Technical Situation of the Main Propulsion Apparatus

In the main propulsion apparatus of the ships judge the situation,if aqualitative analysis law is used,the judgement of each staff perspective,the use of different methods, and the thinking habits,all these make it difficult to draw strong conclusions convincing.The methodology used the vague comprehensive evaluation (FCE) in the system to judge the situation of the main propulsion apparatus of the ships,it will affect the main propulsion apparatus elements quantified,according to the degree of importance given to its different vague weight and exert the more vague operations,which would transfer qualitative analysis of the problem into quantitative analysis,thus to reduce human factors and to get a more objective and fair conclusion, in order to further ensure that the main propulsion apparatus provide strong theoretical support situation.
