摘    要:论述了发动机缸套穴蚀产生的主要原因及具体过程,对缸套穴蚀的机理进行了力学分析,并从发动机缸套、活塞结构的合理设计、修理与装配间隙,以及冷却系的设计和冷却水的正确合理使用等方面提出了预防穴蚀产生的具体措施。

Abstract:The main cause and detailed process of the cavitation corrosion of engine cylinder sleeve are elaborated.And the mechanical analysis of the cavitation corrosion mechanism of cylinder sleeve is carried out.With the consideration of the rational design of engine cylinder sleeve and piston,the repair and assembly space,as well as the design of cooling system and the proper use of coolant,the precaution measures to prevent cavitation corrosion are put forward.
