摘    要:本文建立了检测血GSH-px 的ELISA 双抗体夹心法。用此方法对克山病病区患儿及健康儿童的血液GSH-px 活力进行了测定。发现病区慢型克山病、潜在型克山病以及健康儿童血GSH-px 活力均明显低于非病区健康儿童(p<0.01);慢型克山病患儿血GSH-px 活力低于病区健康儿童(p<0.05);病区健康儿童血GSH-px 活力与潜在型克山病患儿无差异(p>0.05)。本文对实验方法及结果进行了初步讨论。

Abstract:An ELISA bi-antibody sandwich for thedetection of human blood GSH-px has beenestablished.GSH-px activities were deter-mined ELISA in children in Keshan diseaseeffected aras and non-effected areas.Theresults showed that the blood GSH-px acti- vities in the children(latent type,chronictype anti healthy children)in the Keshandisease effected areas were lower than thesein the non-effected areas,with a signifi-cant difference(P<0.01),However,theblood GSH-px activities in chronic typechildren were lower than in healthy child-ren in the Keshan disease effected areas(P<0.05).
