细拖曳线列阵隔振模块隔振性能分析

摘    要:为进一步研究因隔振模块直径缩小而导致流噪声恶化的问题,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了细隔振模块的三维流固耦合模型,对隔振模块的隔振性能进行计算.所得计算结果与粗线列阵隔振模块隔振性能进行比较,分析了隔振模块内部和外部流体、护套和尼龙绳材料弹性模量等对不同直径隔振模块隔振性能的影响,得出隔振模块内部和外部流体对细线列阵隔振模块隔振性能的影响与粗线列阵隔振模块相比增加了流噪声.并研究了护套厚度、隔振组件长度和隔振组件间距对隔振模块隔振性能的影响,研究结果对于提高隔振模块隔振性能具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to research the affection of flow noise deteriorate caused by VIM ( Vibration Isolation Modules) diameter decreasing, three-dimensional fluid-structure coupling field model was constructed and calculated by using ANSYS. Furthermore, the result was compared with that of big diameter VIM. The influence of inside and outside liquid of VIM, hull elastic modulus, and elastic modulus of nylon rope on the isolation capability of different diameter VIM were studied. Compared with big diameter VIM, thin VIM adds more flow noise. Moreover, thickness of sheath, length of isolation components, space of isolation components, and density of internal oil all have certain influence to the isolation capability of VIM. These results and conclusions are valuable to improve the capability of VIM.
