船舶动力装置故障诊断专家系统

摘    要:详细叙述了船舶动力装置故障诊断专家系统的设计过程和特点.将成熟的数据库技术引入到系统中,即以Access2000数据库为平台,构建系统知识库.推理机是以基于可信度的不确定推理模型设计的,系统的运行更加接近专家的思维,也更能反映实际的设备故障环境.采用回溯和启发式搜索策略,可找出故障的多个原因,减少了搜索的路径.系统还能向用户提供维修建议和方法,同时能准确给出故障的位置.

Abstract:This paper describes the design and the features of the fault diagnosis expert system for ship power plant. The advanced Data Base technology is introduced into the expert system. On the basis of Access 2000 Data Base in the system, knowledge base of the system is built up. The reasoning machine is designed on the basis of the uncertain inferential Model with reliability. The operation of the system is very similar to the thinking of actual experts, which also reflects actual faulty environment of equipment completely. It can find out several causes of certain faults and decline the seeking path by using back-tracking and inspiration seeking strategy. The system can also provide suggestions and methods for reparation. Meanwhile, the position of the fault can be given exactly.
