摘    要:天津海河沉管隧道的干坞为一大型土质深基坑,地质条件差,工况复杂,土方施工采取无支护放坡开挖,辅以周边水泥搅拌桩隔水帷幕、坡面二级井点和坑底深井降水技术;通过边坡的稳定监测和管段制作区地基的沉降监测、分析和处理,确保其稳定性;同时介绍了修坡及护坡、基底复合地基处理、排水系统布置和防汛体系的构成等关键技术和施工工艺要点。

Abstract:The dry dock of Haihe river' s immersed tunnel is a large-scale terrene deep foundation pit. Its geological conditions are poor and construction condition is complex. Earthworks is carried out with the technology of slope excavation without support, and supplemented with the technologies of impermeable curtain around the cement mixing piles, slope Gradetwo well point and deep bottom precipitation. Its stability is ensured by monitoring, analyzing and processing the stability of the slope and the ground settlement in the pipe production area. Meanwhile, the key technologies and construction technology essentials of repairing slope, slope protection, based composite foundation treatment, drainage system layout and flood control system are introduced.
