高模量沥青混凝土力学性能试验研究

摘    要:从高模量沥青混凝土材料组成设计入手,通过沥青混凝土力学性能试验,分析低标号沥青、外掺剂用量对高模量沥青混凝土力学性能的影响规律。试验研究结果显示:低标号沥青可提高沥青混凝土的力学强度;沥青混凝土的回弹模量、劈裂强度和动态抗压模量随外掺剂用量的增加呈增加趋势,当外掺剂用量增加至混合料用量的0.7 %时,沥青混凝土的回弹模量增加幅度平均可达到50 %左右;添加外掺剂的沥青混凝土,其累积变形在一定程度上有所降低。

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of High Modulus Asphalt Concrete

Abstract:Starting from design of composition of high modulus asphalt concrete material, this paper, through the mechanical performance test for asphalt concrete, analyzed the law how low-grade asphalt and additive amount affect the mechanical properties of high modulus asphalt concrete. The result shows that low-grade asphalt may increase mechanical strength of asphalt concrete; the modulus of resilience, cleavage strength and dynamic compressive modulus of asphalt concrete may increase with the increase of additive amount, and when the additive amount reaches 0. 7 % of the mixture amount, the average increment of the modulus of resilience may reach about 50 % ; and for the asphalt concrete with additive, the accumulated deformation will reduce to some extent.
