反求工程中残缺点云建模方法研究

摘    要:针对反求工程中残缺点云建模问题,把点云按残缺的位置和特征进行分类,并利用规则曲面重构、不规则NURBS曲面拟合以及神经网络曲面构造相结合的方法,提出了一些针对残缺点云建模关键的算法。工程实践表明这些方法简单、实用,生成的曲面CAD模型满足曲面连续性和光顺性的要求,能获得满意的设计效果。

Abstract:The fragmentary point clouds are classified according their positions and features. Using the modeling methods for regular surface and irregular NURBS surface and combining with neural network technology, some key algorithms for modeling incomplete point clouds are put forward. Engineering practice shows that these methods are simple and practical. The generated CAD surface model meets the requirements of continuality and smoothness of surfaces, resulting in satisfactory design effects.
