摘    要:文章阐述了"双师型"教师的内涵,分析了"双师型"师资队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了转变师资队伍建设观念、建立网络化的组织架构和明晰的工作流程、建立科学合理的"双师型"师资队伍建设实施方案等应对措施,并指出了具体实施过程中的注意事项,对推动高等职业教育发展具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The paper expounds on the connotation of teachers with double qualification,analyzes the current problems existing in the faculty fostering concerned,and presents the countermeasures involving changing concepts,constructing web-based organizational framework and transparent work procedure,and establishing scientific and reasonable implementation scheme to foster faculty,pointing out the points for attention with instructive significance.
