| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪是知识经济和信息技术高度发展的世纪,充满了机遇、竞争与挑战,当代大学生面对社会发展形势,已呈现出新的特点.文章通过对当代大学生新特点的分析,探索了高校教师在新形势下对当代大学生管理的新方法,同时为了提高管理效能,对高校教师所应具有的综合素质也提出了新的更高要求.

| Abstract: | The 21st century is full of opportunity, competition and challenge. With the development of knowledge economy and information technology, university students demonstrate the new characteristics while adapting to the new situation of social development. By analyzing the new characteristics of modem university students, the paper probes into the new way of management of teachers to modem university students. In order to improve the efficiency of management, it also sets a higher demand on the comprehensive quality of college teachers. |
