| 摘 要： | 供应链环境下供应商的选择是一个多目标决策问题，通过分析影响供应商选择的评价指标，综合DEA方法确定权重较为客观及AHP方法对评价方案易于排序的优点，给出供应商选择的DEA／AHP两级评价模型，并用实例验证用此模型选择供应商的可行性。

| Abstract: | Under the supply chain environment vendors' selection is a multi-objective decision-making problem,through analysis affecting the vendors selection evaluation indicators,synthesizing the DEA method to determine weight is more objective and the AHP method to appraise plan is easy to sort,the paper gives the DEA/AHP two-stage evaluation model for vendors selection,with the example we confirm that using this model to select the best vendors is practical and feasible. |
