| 摘 要： | 针对目前海事部门内河船员管理状况,以及船员持伪造证书上船任职的严重安全隐患问题,阐述了利用先进的Java Web技术进行船员管理系统的设计和实现,提出建立内河船员信息数据库,构建动静结合的信息平台,依托集监督、服务、效能于一身的信息网络技术,以有效打击持伪造证书上船任职及人证不符的严重现象,提升内河船员行政管理水平。

| Abstract: | The thesis dissertates the design and realization of inland-water seafarer management system by means of advanced Java Web technology aiming at the managing status quo and problems existed in the present maritime departments.It puts forward that the system establishes the information database and the information platform associated with dynamic and static,which can improve the level of inland-water seafarer administrative management relying on the information network technology. |
