真空预压联合不同工艺加固吹填土现场试验研究

摘    要:为研究真空预压联合不同工艺加固吹填土的实际效果,依托具体吹填工程,开展了无砂垫层真空预压分别联合水袋堆载、电渗及增压式真空预压3种工艺的加固吹填土现场试验,并对比分析加固效果。结果表明:无砂垫层真空预压联合3种工艺的加固效果都要好于单纯真空预压工艺;真空预压联合水袋堆载工艺加固后的地基承载力相对最高、土体含水率相对最低;增压式真空预压工艺加固后的土体表层沉降总量、平均比贯入阻力和平均抗剪强度都相对最大,且施工单价成本相对最低;真空预压联合电渗工艺的加固效果与其他2种工艺相比,优势不突出。

Abstract:In order to study the actual effect of the vacuum preloading combined with different processes to reinforce the dredge fill, relying on the specific hydraulic reclamation engineering, the field experiments of reinforcing the dredger fill by the vacuum preloading without sand cushion respectively combined with three processes of water bag stacking, electroosmosis and pressurized vacuum preloading are carried out. The Reinforcement effects are compared and analyzed. The results show that the reinforcement effects of vacuum preloading without sand cushion combined with three processes are better than that of simple vacuum preloading. The bearing capacity of the ground after the reinforcement of vacuum preloading combined with water bag stacking process is relevantly maximum and the soil water content is relatively minimum. Total surface settlement, average specific penetration resistance and average shear strength of soil are relevantly maximum after the reinforcement of pressurized vacuum preloading process, and the unit cost of construction is relevantly minimum. Compared with the other two processes, the superiority of the reinforcement effect of vacuum preloading combined with electroosmosis process is not outstanding.
