Application of Rotary Drilling Full-casing Retaining Wall Construction Technology in Quicksand Layer

The construction technology of rotary drilling full-casing retainer wall is introduced according to the specific example of pile foundation construction of Qingdao Shuangyuan Road Widening Project. In this project, a steel casing of 1 000 mm in diameter and about 14 m in length is used. The casing is driven into the complex stratum containing the quicksand at one time under the action of hydraulic vibratory hammer, and the rotary drilling rig is used to take the soil and form the hole, which successfully solve the problem of bored pile crossing the quicksand layer.
