轿车车身分析模态与试验模态对比研究

摘    要:建立某自主研发轿年白车身的有限元模型,并在保证车身结构力学特性的前提下,对白车身结构进行简化。通过对该有限元模型进行自由模态分析得到白车身的各阶模态频率和模态特性,与试验模态结果进行对比分析,同时评价该白车身动态特性。

Abstract:The FEA model of body-in-white of an independent development passenger car is established ,and the body's structure is simplified with ensuring mechanics characteristics of body structure. Modal frequency and modal characteristics of each steps of body-in-white are obtained through the free modal analysis of this FEA model,and they are compared with the result of the experimental result to evaluate the body's dynamic characteristic.
