大体积混凝土配比设计与综合温差控制技术

摘    要:通过对大体积混凝土配合比设计及温差控制技术的研究与实践,认为大体积混凝土的性能应由绝热温升、强度、工作性、耐久性四项指标综合衡量;在温差控制中,应充分利用补偿收缩混凝土的温度补偿效应,并准确计算相关参数基本与实际相近;在实际施工中提出混凝土浇筑放热后注意开裂危险期,并严格监控温差变化。

Abstract:Through the mixture ratio design of mass concrete and the study and practice of temperature difference control it is thought that the performance of mass concrete shall be comprehensively balanced by four items of indexes such as heat insulation temperature rising, strength, working performance, durability. In the control of temperature difference it shall fully use the temperature compensating effect of compensating shrinkage concrete, and shall correctly calculate that the re-lative parameters should be basically close to the actual ones. In the actual construction it puts forward to note cracking anger period after pouring and heat relief of concrete and to seriously monitor and control the change of the temperature difference.
