摘    要:开发了一套车用直喷柴油机燃用二甲醚的低压供油系统,其供油压力可达2.0 MPa,压力波动小,并可根据发动机负荷变化调节供油量。实车试验结果表明,安装该系统后,发动机起动迅速,工作平稳,高温天气不易气阻,供油系统故障明显减少。

Abstract:A low-pressure fuel supply system for vehicle direct-injection diesel engine fueled with DME was developed.The fuel supply pressure of this system could reach 2.0 MPa and had low fluctuation.In addition,the fuel supply quantity could be adjusted according to load difference.The results from vehicle experiment show the vehicle with the system starts quickly,works steadily and has little phenomenon of vapor lock at high temperature.Besides,the faults of fuel supply system decrease obviously.
