| Abstract: | The article describes the main problems of the urban flood control in Taiyuan City, and introduces the history and the present situation of the urban rainwater and wastewater disposal in China. It is considered that the urban flood control should be planned together with the wastewater treatment, with the natural environment and with the urban landscape so as to form the complete urban ecological system. |
