浅议减速顶临界速度与车轮直径的关系

摘    要:减速顶的临界速度设定后,并不是一成不变的,它与各种外界因素有关,可以随着减速顶的安装高度、车轮直径、车轮横动量等外部条件的变化而可能发生改变。通过理论分析与计算结果表明,车轮与减速顶油缸头部接触点高,切入角大,临界速度偏低。同样车轮直径大,临界速度偏高;反之,临界速度偏低。但其临界速度的误差一般均不超过4%,还在允许的误差范围之内,但如果与速度阀内部结构引起的误差叠加之后,就有可能会超过允许的误差值。

Abstract:Retarder critical speed settings, not static, It relate to the outside factors, it may change with external conditions about retarder installation height, wheel diameter, wheel horizontal momentum etc. Through theoretical analysis and calculation results show that the wheel and retarder oil cylinder head contact point is high, cut Angle is small, the critical speed on the high side, the wheel diameter is big, cut Angle is small, the critical speed on the high side, conversely, critical velocity on the low side, but critical velocity error less than 4 %, in the allowable error scope, if superposition with the error caused by the speed valve internal structure, whether to exceed the allowable error, need to be researched.
