陶瓷—金属复合挺柱的结构设计与应用效果

摘    要:陶瓷-金属复合挺柱结构设计的关键问题是连接方式。机械连接和钎焊连接两种复合挺柱,后者的连接可靠性较高。钎焊过渡层和减薄陶瓷块厚度可降低钎焊复合挺柱中陶瓷块的残余应力。陶瓷复合挺柱的应用效果除了取决于陶瓷材料的微观组织结构性能外,还取决于挺柱陶瓷镶块工作表面的加工质量及配对凸轮表面的强化程序。

Abstract:The key problem of structural design of ceramic-metal composite tappet rod is the connecting man-ner. Between the mechanical connection and the soldered connection two manners,the latter one is nore reliable. Residue stress in the ceramic chip of the composite tappet rod may be reduced by intermediate layer of soldered connection and by decreasing thickness of ceramic chip. Result of application of the ceramic-metal composite tappet rod depends not only upon structural property of microstructure of the ceramic material, but also upon processing quality of working surface of the tappet rod ceramic chip as well as the hardness of matching cam surface.
