| 摘 要： | 概述我国铁路工业产品质量管理情况,介绍铁路产品质量技术监督机构发展历程和现状,总结铁路产品质量技术监督机构为铁路运输安全所做的基础保障工作。在分析我国铁路发展规划和国外铁路产品质量检测及认证工作的基础上,提出铁路产品质量技术监督工作的应对策略和发展方向。
