| Abstract: | The inner control of enterprice is an important method and measure for enterprise to promote stretagic development. This paper introduces the significance of carrying out the basic norm of inner control of enterprise in China, the five key factors which composes the inner control of enterprise. It states the key effects of information and communication in the inner control. It puts forward several countermeasures for executing the inner control of enterprise, which could be referenced. |
