镍基合金粉末氧乙炔火焰喷焊层的组织研究

摘    要:通过SEM、EDS等手段,研究了GFNi01、GFNi02、GFNi03三种镍基自熔性合金粉末氧乙炔火焰喷焊层的组织、表面硬度及喷焊层的维氏硬度分布.结果表明,喷焊层中强化相质点分布较为均匀.喷焊层与基材界面的硬度呈梯度分布,GFNi03喷焊层硬度最高.喷焊层与基材界面处明显存在合金元素的扩散.

Abstract:The microstructure,surface hardness,hardness distribute of Nickel-based self-fluxing alloy powder(GFNi01,GFNi02,GFNi03) Oxy-acetylene flame spray-weld layer through are studied under SEM,EDS etc.Experinrental results show that the strengthening phases are well-distributed,and the hardness grads of interface from spraying layer to base-metal is investigated.The highest hardness value of exists in the layer,and obvious diffusion of alloy elements is found at the interface.
