| 摘 要： | 本文对实验性乌头碱中毒大鼠心肌进行了光学显微镜及电子显微镜观察,发现心肌的超微结构有不同程度的损害,以线粒体、膜系统、闰盘改变较为突出。同时对它们发生的原因及病理学意义进行了讨论,并认为可能与乌头碱引起心肌能量代谢障碍相关。

| Abstract: | The microscopic structure and ultrastructure ofheart tissue from aconitine poisoning rats were ob-served. There were no significant microscopic changes,but some damages of myocardial ultrastructure in differ-ent degrees under electron microscope were found Theinjured organellae were mainly mitochondria,membranous system, myofibrillae, intercalated discs,nuclei and capillaries. The reasons of the changes men-tioned above and the pathological significance werediscussed and considered that the main changes closelyrelated to the insufficiency of myocardial energymetabolism by aconitine. |
