应用信息系统提升企业经营质量的探索与实践

文章从铁路运营公司面临的问题出发，提出了铁路企业应用信息系统特性、管理信息系统MIS、信息分析管理系统的必要性，论证了铁路公司建立信息系统的可行性，应用系统工程方法、5M资源重组等相关理论，通过对大秦铁路公司现状分析，确定了铁路运营公司信息系统的基本组成部分，建立了以数据字典为核心的信息处理模型，通过几年采信息系统在公司中的实际运用，取得了较好的经济效果，大秦公司采用的应用信息系统提升企业经营决策的理念具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。

Exploration and Practice for Promoting the Decision-Making and Running Quality of Enterprise with Information Systems

Having analyzed the problems existed in management scheme of railway operation corporation, the necessities of application information systems, management information systems, information analyzing management systems have been analyzed. The feasibility and necessary have been demonstrated for enterprise to establish information systems in this paper. Using the methods of systems engineering and5Mresourcedrecombinetheory, the basic constitution of information systems of the railway stock corporation have been confirmed. The information management model based on digital dictionary has been established. After years of using, much better economic benefit has been gained. The method adopted to promote the decision-making and running quality of DaQin Raiolway Corporation with information system, is worth of reference.
