铁渣粉掺配水泥混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:从工作性能、力学性能、抗渗和抗冻性能等方面入手,对铁渣粉与水泥混凝土的掺合料进行试验研究,同时结合工程实例对该掺配科进行综合分析。研究结果和应用实践表明:在C30~C40级普通硅酸盐混凝土与铁渣粉的掺配料中,当铁渣粉掺量为20%~50%时,28 d后混凝土强度、抗渗与抗冻性能均能满足设计要求;当掺量为25%~40%时,混凝土各项性能最佳。

Abstract:The mixture of iron slag powder and concrete is studied from its working performance, mechanics performance, water resistance and frost resistance, and it is analyzed comprehensively according to engineering example. The results show that when C30- C40 generat concrete is used and the dosage of iron slag powder is 20% to 50%, the 28d intensity, water resistance and frost resistance of the mixture can meet the design requirement, and when the dosage of iron slag powder is 25% to 40%, the working performance of mixture is the best
