摘    要:将中小桥山洪水害作为研究对象,以人工神经网络中的BP网络为工具,将桥墩历史上的数次洪水水痕高程和产生当次洪水的雨量记录作为数据基础,提出一种流量计算和预报既有中小桥水害的方法。这种方法物理意义明确。在计算中小流域流量时,传统的单位线法、推理公式法、铁路设计院法等方法将流域和桥渡看成两个系统,雨量通过"流域"系统后产生流量,流量再通过"桥渡"系统后才产生洪水水位。本文方法将"流域"和"桥渡"看成一个系统,直接建立起输入(雨量)与输出(水位)的数学关系,因此,不需要勘测流域面积、主河道长度及平均坡度等工作,可以节约大量的人力物力。多座桥梁的具体应用表明,本文方法具有较高的准确度。
