| Abstract: | As a ship safety inspector,the author just discusses how to detect the ship deficiencies and action to be take when carrying out safety inspection relating to＂fire prevention,fire detection,fire fighting＂,etc.Some of those deficiencies identified are due to the non-compliance in the period of ship designed and construction,some are due to the ambiguity of rules or regulations themselves. |
