喷漆工的姊妹染色单体交换频率分析

摘    要:本文分析了30名喷漆工及两个对照组的30名姊妹染色体交换(SCE)的频率.实验结果显示在这三组之间的SCE 频率有显著的差异。这些喷漆工的SCE/细胞频率(6.14±1.71;P<0.001)显著地高于这两个对照组(4.88±1.29;2.49±0.42;P<0.001),而这三组的SCE/染色体频率之间的差异并不显著(P>0.20)。这表明喷漆的物质会使工人产生一定的细胞遗传学效应。BrdU 标记染色体的方法对某些有毒性物质是一种敏感的指示剂。

Abstract:The SCE frequency of 30 spray painters and 30 per-sons from two control groups was analysed.The results re-vcaled that there were significant differences in SCE fre-quency among the three groups.The SCE/cell frequenciesof these spray painters(6.14±1.71;p<0.001)weresignificantly higher than the both control groups(4.88±1.29;2 49±0.42;p<0.001)and theSCE/chromosome frequencies of the three groups werenot significant(p>0.20).It was shown that the sub-stances of spraying the aeroplanes with paint might havecertain cytogenetic effects on workers and proved that themethod of BrdU marker chromosome wasa sensitive indi-cator to some toxic substances.
