基于频谱分析的汽轮发电机组振源诊断

摘    要:采用频谱分析技术对某型船用汽轮发电机组进行振源诊断。分析结果表明汽轮机的振动对整个机组有较大影响,指出机组轴系的不对中和轴系动平衡的变化是产生低频特征频率的主要原因。对部分特征频率的传递路径进行分析并给出改进建议。

Abstract:The vibrations of marine turbo-generator set occur frequently during its normal operation, but abnormal vibrations are often generated due to the faults of its moving parts. Vibration sources diagnosis of the generator set was performed as an effort for low noise mechanical equipments design and providing a basis for the characteristic improvement of equipments in service. A marine turbo-generator set was selected in a test study. Spectrum analysis method was used for the vibration sources diagnosis. The test results indicated that the vibrations bring much effect on the whole system. Transfer paths over a range of characteristic frequencies were analyzed. The not-well-aligned shafting system and the change of dynamic imbalance that are the main sources of low characteristic frequency are validated.
