船坞底板与钢箱板相互作用

摘    要:针对半潜船等重型产品坞修时底板强度不足的问题,进行坞墩荷载作用下船坞底板与钢箱板相互作用的数值分析,对荷载沿钢箱板扩散后船坞底板内力和沉降的变化进行研究;采用有限元计算中的接触面法,较好地处理混凝土与结构钢两种不同性质材料的接触问题。结果表明:钢箱板和底板之间没有产生过大的侵入、脱开或滑移;在底板局部坞墩荷载较大处设置钢箱板,竖向荷载沿钢箱板四边进行扩散,降低底板的内力和沉降,是一种解决底板强度不足的有效方法。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of dock repair of semi-submersible ship and other heavy-duty products while strength of dock floor is insufficient,we analyze numerical simulation of the interaction between dock floor and steel case board under dock load by using finite element method,and study the influence of the spread of the load along the steel case board on the internal force and settlement of the dock floor.Contact problems between two different materials of concrete and structural steel can be well solved by the application of contact elements by the finite element method.The results show that there is no excessive intrusion,disengagement or slip between the steel case and the base plate.By setting the steel case board at the local position of the dock floor where large load is applied,the vertical load spreads along the four sides of the steel case board to extend the application range of the dock floor,which can effectively reduce the internal force and settlement of the dock floor.The method can effectively solve the problem of insufficient strength of dock floor.
