摘    要:针对自流冷却系统的应用背景,采用缩比原理性试验,对进出口接管形式进行优选试验研究.研究发现进出口接管形式影响着系统的自流特性,矩形过渡的进口接管其自流特性好,垂直圆扩的出口形式不利于自流.进出口接管组合方案一下系统自流特性最好.进出口接管的相对静压差-相对速度特性曲线是其固有水力特性.自流回路的自流流量随着流动阻力的增加而降低,且降低率越来越少.最终根据试验结果优选了进出口接管方案,为自流冷却系统的设计提供了依据.

Abstract:Under the background of scoop cooling system, the theory experiment research by narrow scale on optimiza-tion of inlet/outlet tubes was accomplished. The results indicated that: tube types has an effect on artesian character of the system. Rectangular outlet type performed well, while vertial flared-outlet tube showed bad,combination scheme one is the best. The curve of relative differential pressure and relative velocity is the inherent hydraulic character for the inlet/outlet tubes. The flux of the auto-flow circulation drops with the flow resistance increase, the decrease ratio is less and less. This paper has provided a basis for the design of scoop cooling system.
