橡胶减振器动态载荷谱提取与实验室载荷谱编制

为满足装备用橡胶减振器设计、鉴定验收及寿命评估对减振器在装备振动环境下的载荷谱的需求,详细介绍了对实采振动信号进行预处理的方法,给出对预处理后的信号开展频谱分析和滤波处理的方法,制定了对处理后的振动信号进行功率谱计算分析的思路.以实采橡胶减振器振动加速度信号为例,编写Matlab实现程序,编制了相应的实验室随机振动载荷谱.本文的研究成果对舰用橡胶减振器的寿命和可靠性研究及试验开展具有一定的指导意义.

Dynamic load spectrum extraction and experimental load spectrum compilation of rubber isolator

To solve problem of the load spectrum extraction and compilation in the vibration experiment and simula-tion of rubber isolator for the use of isolator design and life estimation, the preprocessing methods for the vibration signal were detailed introduced with the matlab programs. The spectral analysis and wave filtering procedure of the signal after pre-processing was introduced for the further process of power spectral density calculation and analysing, which was also intro-duced in this paper. Based on the following research, the corresponding experimental random vibration load spectrum was compiled. The research result has a certain guiding significance to the study and experiment for the life and reliability re-searches of rubber isolators.
