机床设备选择的评价体系研究

摘    要:对评价机床性能的指标进行了分析归类,建立了机床选择评价的指标体系,并应用层次分析法对数控机床的性能进行了评价。结合对各种数控机床的单个指标的评价得分,得到数控机床的综合得分,从而辅助车间做出科学合理的设备选择决策。

Abstract:The classification and analysis of the appraisal index of machine tools' performance were researched,and the evaluation system of machine tools' selection was set up.By the analytical hierarchy process and the score of all appraisal indices of NC machine tools,the total score of NC machine tools can be calculated,which aids the shop floor to get scientific and reasonable decision for NC machine tools' selection.
