铝合金车轮花键套连接性能研究

摘    要:对花键套外形设计、花键套表面粗糙度、铝合金车轮铸造工艺方法等方面进行分析研究,找出了影响铝合金车轮花键套连接强度的因素及工艺参数,避免摩托车铝合金车轮在摩托车行驶过程中花键套与铝合金车轮结合部位发生松动、脱落、异响等情况,提高了摩托车铝合金车轮的安全性能。

Abstract:An analysis and study on the design of the spline housing profile, the surface roughness of the spline housing and the process of aluminum wheel casting is made, obtaining the factors and technological dada influencing the connecting strength of aluminum alloy wheel spline housing, thus avoiding the loosing, dropping, abnormal sound of the connecting position between the spline housing and the aluminum wheel during driving so that the safety of aluminum wheel is improved.
