集装箱码头同贝同步装卸调度模型与算法

摘    要:为了提高集装箱码头装卸效率,建立同贝同步装卸调度模型,实现装卸桥在同一贝位内同时进行装船与卸船作业,模型通过优化装卸桥作业序列与出口集装箱积载计划降低装卸桥与龙门吊作业时间。设计了基于双层遗传算法的模型求解方法,利用上层遗传算法搜索装卸桥最优作业序列,下层遗传算法在装卸桥作业序列基础上获得出口集装箱最优积载计划,然后计算龙门吊与装卸桥作业时间,且将结果反馈到上层遗传算法,通过上下层遗传算法的反馈优化调度方案。通过算例对模型与算法进行验证。分析结果表明:同贝同步装卸调度模型可以提高装卸效率9.42%~11.53%,模型与算法有效。
