摘    要:通过分析城市居民出行强度和人口规模现状,运用增长系数模型预测规划期内居民出行强度和人口规模,进而预测出规划期内居民出行总量和乘坐出租车人口,随后利用出租车空驶率模型预测出租车的最佳数量。实例证明模型是可行的,通过确定出租车投放的最佳数量,有利于城市出租车的规划和管理。

Abstract:Confirming the population by taxi and optimal taxi quantity in expected period was very important in urban taxi planning and management. Models of citizens ' trip intensity and population amount were proposed through analysis present and using increment coefficient models. Then a citizens' trip amount model and population model by taxi were established. Based on the model of ineffective carrying of taxi, a forecasting model of the optimal taxi quantity was built. A case demonstrates that upper models are feasi- ble and may offer beneficent guidance to the planning and management of urban taxi.
