钢渣导电沥青混凝土电学性能研究

摘    要:利用钢渣矿料制备出Superpave12.5型钢渣导电沥青混凝土,研究了钢渣集料、石墨粉、碳纤维等材料对降低电阻率的贡献,进行了室内升温和室外融雪试验。研究结果表明:钢渣能作为集料制备出体积性能合格的沥青混凝土,钢渣导电集料大大提高了沥青混凝土的导电能力;石墨降低电阻率的能力要明显强于碳纤维;导电沥青混凝土温升随时间呈二次抛物线规律变化。室外融雪试验融雪效率为32%。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the contribution of asphalt concrete to resistivity by materials including steel slag aggregate, graphite powder and carbon fiber, steel slag aggregate is applied to prepare Superpave12.5 type conductive asphalt concrete, and indoor heating test as well as outdoor snow-melting test is conducted. The results indicate that steel slag can be used as aggregates to prepare asphalt concrete which has qualified volume performance, and improve the conductivity of asphalt concrete remarkably; graphite performs better than carbon fiber on decreasing resistivity; conductive asphalt concrete's temperature increment has a relationship of second-degree parabola with time, and outdoor snow-melting test suggests the melting efficiency reaches 32%.
