| 摘 要： | 文章基于对高速公路人力资源流失的成因分析,提出搭建＂T＂型平台的思路,以拓展高速公路人力资源新渠道,并结合广西坛百高速公路公司与广西工商职业技术学院的合作实例,评述了构建＂T＂型平台的实践成效,为提高高速公路人力资源管理成效提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of factors of expressway human resource loss,the article proposed the idea of building the ＂T＂ type platform to expand new channels of expressway human resources,and combined with actual cooperation case between Guangxi Tanbai Ex-pressway Company and Guangxi Vocational College of Technology and Business,it de-scribed the practical effectiveness of building the ＂T＂ type platform,providing the reference for improving the expressway human resource management effectiveness. |
