长大公路隧道运营安全综合评价研究

为提升长大公路隧道安全运营潜势,根据隧道运营环境特点,提出分段评价思想,运用Delphi法建立了隧道各区段运营安全综合评价指标体系,运用乘积标度法分别确定了各指标权重;根据模糊综合评价理论,提出了适用于长大公路隧道的主、客观相结合,定量分析为主的综合评价方法,并且建立了基于评价结果的响应机制。最后,通过某特长隧道的实践验证,表明该综合评价方法能够真实地反映出隧道运营安全态势,而建立的响应机制也能合理地评判评价结果。

Study on Comprehensive Evaluation of Operation Safety of Long Highway Tunnel

In order to enhance the operation safety of the long highway tunnel, subsection-based evaluation is proposed according to the characteristics of the service environment in the tunnel section. A comprehensive evaluation index system is established based on Delphi method,and each index weight is determined with multiplication scale method. On the basis of the fuzzy synthetic evaluation theory,combing subjective and objective characters,a comprehensive evaluation method stressing on quantitative analysis is put forward for the long highway tunnel,and a response mechanism is set up based on evaluating results. The presented method is verified with the practices in an extra-long tunnel in Sichuan Province. The result shows that the evaluation index system truly reflects the service safety of the long tunnel,and the response mechanism is applicable in reasonable and effective evaluation.
