船舶测深表制作及报验关键问题

Key problems for the sounding tables making and inspection

Sounding tables are very important files for the vessel to get it＇s weight and center of gravity, also an basic file for the loading computer and remote sounding system. To get the vessel capacity and transport condition, the ship-owner will recur to the sounding tables, which play a very impotrant role for the vessel＇s lifecycle. However, lots of problems are arised during making and using the sounding tables, which may weaken the measuring accuracy of water, oil and cargo on a vessel heavily. This paper summarizes the factors which will influence the accuracy of the sounding table during its ＇s making , provides the solving ways and gives some suggestions for the inspection of the sounding table based on the cases which occured in shipyard. This paper will help the shipy- ard to make an accurate sounding table more or less.
