吗啡依赖大鼠及人体组织内吗啡的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:为探讨吗啡依赖形成的机理及免疫组化方法对石蜡包理组织内吗啡检测的可行性,对染吗啡大鼠及吗啡依赖人体组织内的吗啡进行了原位免疫组织化学研究。结果表明染毒7d大鼠脑组织内未能检出吗啡,染毒14d大鼠脑组织内出现了强弱不一的免疫反应。慢性染毒大鼠及依赖人体石蜡切片亦为阳性结果。提示在大鼠吗啡依赖形成过程中,脑组织内吗啡含量增高,且吗啡的分布与卜阿片受体分布一致。免疫组化方法对石蜡包埋组织内吗啡的检测是可行的。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanism ofmorphine dependence and the possibility of detectingmorphine in paraffin embedded tissues with immunohistochemical method, morphine in tissues ofthe poisoned rats and the addicts has been studied.The results showed that negative immunohistochemical stain occurred in brain tissue of rats afterbeing poisoned 7 dyas, but positive stain occured inthat of rats after 14 days. Positive stain could be observed in paraffine embedded tissues of both chronicrat and human addicts. It suggests that morphineincreases in the brain tissue of morphine dependentrats, and its distribution aCcords with μ-opium receptors. The immunohistochemical method is practicable in detecting morphine in paraffine embeddedtissues.
