激光与三维图像处理技术在机动车外廓尺寸动态测量中的应用

摘    要:利用红外线光幕获取机动车外廓尺寸数据,利用激光测距传感器测量货车栏板高度,并对采集到的数据进行软件处理,绘制车辆的模拟图形;对影响车辆外廓尺寸的因素进行智能删除,并获得最终测量数据。

Abstract:The authors make use of the infrared light curtain to get the data of a motor vehicle's outside dimensions, use the laser distance-measuring sensor to measure the height of the truck tailgate, use software to process the col-lected data and draw the vehicle's analog graph. At last, they intelligently delete the factors which affect the vehicle's outside dimensions and obtain the final measurement data.
