摘    要:通过对国内现有重点车辆业务的调研,明确重点车辆类型、涵盖范围及相关监管部门职责划分,总结现阶段重点车辆监管工作的不足。为解决存在的问题,提出引进物联网技术构建物联网下重点车辆监管新模式,通过海量数据管理与处理分析、数据共享、职责明确划分、协调联动等方面的改善完成对重点车辆全程全方位监管,实现重点车辆监管快速高效化。

Abstract:After researching the current key vehicle supervision business in China, coverage and types of key vehicles and duties of departments are made clear. Some deficiencies of current key vehicle supervision situation are summarized. To solve the existing problems, a supervision pattern based on Internet of things is proposed, in which problems such as massive data management and analysis technology, data sharing mode and multi-sector cooperation and the division of duties can be solved, and key vehicle can be supervised in omnidirectional ways, and finally key vehicle supervision can be effective.
