| 摘 要： | 论文分析了公路建设中多方案比选的现状和国内外发展状况,对费用效益分析方法在多方案比选中应用的意义进行了探讨,提出了公路环境影响评价中方案比选的费用效益分析步骤和方法,费用效益应包含的内容和计算方法,并以江苏淮盐高速公路为例对涉及湿地价值的方案比选采用费用效益分析法进行了实例分析。结果表明,采用费用效益分析法有助于科学决策。

| Abstract: | The significance of cost-benefit analysis in alternatives is discussed based on the practice at home and abroad,as well as the process and method of cost-benefits analysis applied in the alternatives of environmental impact assessment,with the alternatives related to the wetland value of Huai-yan expressway of Jiangsu as an example.The result shows that the application of the cost-benefit analysis will be helpful to scientific decision-making. |
