船闸混凝土裂缝与应力关系分析探讨

摘    要:针对船闸混凝土浇筑过程中产生裂缝的影响因素,采用有限元软件ANSYS,结合多组实测数据,对混凝土裂缝与应力关系做了分析研究,得出以下结论:(1)对同一种配合比的混凝土,施工方式相同,入仓温度越高,混凝土结构早期拉应力增长越快。(2)随着廊道结构与闸底板结构相对刚度的减小,两部分结构变形的协调性有所加强,接触面上的相对刚度有所减小,平均拉应力会有所减小。(3)早期混凝土结构温度场造成的温差应力对应力场分布的影响较大,而由于施工间隔造成的相对刚度差别混凝土结构应力场的影响要略小,因此对于早期混凝土结构控裂要更注重入仓温度的控制。

Abstract:In view of the factors that cause cracks in concrete pouring process, this article analyses the relationship between concrete cracks and stress using FEA software ANSYS combined with multiple sets of measured data. Conclusions are as followings:(1) for the same mix proportion and construction technology, the higher the placement temperature, the faster the earlier tensile stress growth in concrete structure.(2) with the relative stiffness of corridor structure and brake bottom structure decreasing, its deformation coordination is strengthened, the relative stiffness of contact surface and average tensile stress are reduced.(3) The effects of temperature stress caused by early concrete structure temperature field on stress field distribution are larger, while the influence of relative stiffness difference due to construction intervals on stress field of concrete structure is smaller, so the placement temperature must be pay more attention for early concrete structure crack controlling.
